All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from your order date. Shipping time is Monday–Friday, shipping days do not include the weekend.

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number, please watch this carefully. Sometimes shipping companies experience delays and issues with their shipping, contact me, if you have concerns. Please track your orders. If there is an error in your shipment, please contact me right away to resolve the error promptly.


Where do you send shipments to?

I ship all over the world. ​

To see what it will cost to ship your order, simply add items to your cart and select your country at checkout. The price is calculated according to the size, weight and destination of the consignment. ​

I can ship your order to anywhere in the world. In rare cases, some countries are restricted, complicated or very expensive to ship to. If that would be the case with your order, I will contact you directly via email connected to your order and we will discuss the options and I will do my best to find the shipping solution which will be safe and reliable. 


When will I receive my order?

There are two options to choose from during your checkout: Priority (DHL) shipping and Economy shipping.

The DHL priority is reliable, safe and fast. It can get more pricey with some countries and heavier parcels. 1-2 days delivery around Europe, 2-4 days to the US or Canada, 5-10 days to the rest of the world.

Economy is handled via Czech Post. It is pretty safe, insured for the loss. The time of delivery varies a lot and it is hard to predict. Usually 1-2 weeks around EU and 2-8 weeks overseas, sometimes they surprise and it is quicker but it can get even longer, especially during holidays or pandemic situation.


Where do you ship from?

Care for teaware studio is located in the middle of Europe in the Czech Republic.


Can I make an order as a gift?

Yes, you can. If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address for your order. You might want to write the lucky person a note, I will print it and add it to the package.



Care for teaware sincerely hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase. Though quite some effort is put in describing and photographing all items as good as possible, colors can vary on different screens.

In case you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Gift cards or items on sale/discount can unfortunately not be returned. All returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still attached. Care for teaware is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling/import charges when items are returned from outside of the EU zone.

Returns best be completed with DHL express service.

If returned with regular postal services, Care for teaware can not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels/goods when returning items.

Please note that in case of a return or exchange of a purchase, the return costs will be the buyer's responsibility. An additional administrative cost will also be charged and deducted from the refund. Thank you for your understanding.

In case a purchase needs to be returned because of Care for teaware's wrongdoing, we will cover the return cost and there will be no administrative cost charged.

For return shipments of online purchases, Care for teaware will charge the original PayPal/credit card fee to recover the initially paid fee.
